ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Riley Manion! I am currently a senior at High Point University in High Point, NC, where I am studying Broadcast Journalism with a specialization in entertainment. I will be graduating in May of 2023 and I am currently looking for jobs in the New York/Metropolitan area. I have worked as an intern at NBCUniversal for three consecutive semesters, with two terms as the booking intern for the TODAY Show and NBC News and one term as the production intern for TODAY All Day. I learned valuable techniques in media, as well as various platforms, but most of all I learned the importance of creativity, collaboration, and community.
My passion for the entertainment industry is endless. When I’m not working, odds are I’m probably catching up on the newest episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey or browsing the latest stories posted on E! News. Pop culture is the key outlet for me to express my creativity and experience. Whether it be through producing segments, writing stories, or creating content, I thrive off the world of entertainment. I’m excited for the future to grow as an industry professional and apply my pop culture expertise to a real world career.
